RESERVATIONS
You send us your reservations preferably by e-mail or fax and
we send you back a written programme. Once you agree with the
programme and rates, we send you a final programme and proforma
invoice.
DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT
Your reservations are guaranteed after we receive the payment
as follows :
50% deposit once receiving the proforma invoice
Full payment 30 days prior to departure
100% payment is the reservation is made less than 30 days before
arrival
AMENDMENTS BY YOU
We will make every effort to alter your arrangements but we can
not guarantee this will be possible, especially in high season
and with certain hotels. Amendments might occur additional charges
which we will quote on supplement.
CANCELLATION BY YOU
More than 30 days before the services, we keep 300
MAD as handing fees.
30 to 15 days before the services : 25% of the total invoice
14 to 08 days before the services : 50% of the total invoice
08 to 02 days before the services : 75% of the total invoice
Less than 2 days before the services : 100% of the total invoice
In high season and with exclusive hotels and riads/guest houses,
special conditions apply and we will inform you by written in
advance.
CANCELLATION/AMENDMENTS BY US
We reserve the right to amend or cancel some or all services for
safety reasons or for reasons beyond our control such as adverse
weather conditions, industrial disputes, mechanical failures,
maintenance, official events
. In these circumstances,
we will offer a suitable equivalent alternative or will refund
the monies corresponding to the cancelled services and will be
under no further obligation or liability.
We reserve the right to cancel and invoice cancellation charges
as detailed if payment is not received by the due date.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
You will receive a detailed programme by e-mail or fax with all
necessary information.
The travel documents will be issued when full payment is received
and will be delivered personally to you at your arrival in Morocco.
PASSPORTS - VISAS - DOCUMENTS
It is your responsibility to obtain a valid passport, visa and
health certificate for Morocco or other countries visited with
reservation from us. Please contact the adequate authorities and
allow adequate time to obtain the necessary documents prior to
departure. We accept no responsibility for any delay, loss or
extra expense which may be incurred by you or any member of your
party as a result of incorrect, lost or destroyed passports, visas,
or other travel documents nor will any credit or refund be given
by us. We will not be responsible if you miss flights, ferries,
or other means of transportation as result of late check-ins.
We can handle group visas if you provide us by written 15 days
prior to departure with the first names - last names - birth date
- nationality - passport number - expiration date - address -
INSURANCE
Insurance is not included in our prices. We recommend that you
purchase a comprehensive travel insurance package covering cancellation,
curtailment, default and medical expenses at the time of booking.
RATES
The rates are given for indication and must be reconfirmed by
writing as some suppliers might increase their rates or taxes
might raise.
RESPONSABILITY

Casablanca "the Operator" is responsible for making
the arrangements for the services ordered and paid on due time
by the client. The hotels, carriers and other suppliers are independent
contractors. All certificates and other travel documents issued
by the Operator are subject to the terms and conditions of the
relevant suppliers and to the laws of the countries where the
services are supplied. The clients agree that the Operator nor
its agents or employees should be liable for any damage, loss,
inconvenience or expense occasioned by any act or omission of
any supplier providing tour services or of any other person or
by any change in itinerary unless caused by the negligence of
the Operator or its employees in its contractual duties. Under
no circumstances is the Operator to be construed as a carrier
under contract of safe carriage of the passenger or his or her
baggage and belongings. No carrier shall have or incur any responsibility
for accompanying passengers except as a common carrier.
CLAIMINGS
We encourage you to claim directly to the supplier if a problem
arises (hotel, restaurant
) and to inform us by phone if
you fell your claim has not been treated so we can intervene.
Written claims should be sent to us during the 15 days after the
services and we will answer to you in less than 60 days. In case
of lawsuits, only the Courts of Casablanca shall be competent.
